Terms of Service

1. The service

logocons provides app-icon design references, AI generation prompts, icon export tools and a creator marketplace. Operator: logocons (Tom Kwon / Dongmin Kwon, sole proprietor, Republic of Korea), contact tkwon999@gmail.com.

Browsing, studio customization and variation previews are free, and a new account's first icon exports watermark-free. Otherwise free exports carry a watermark. A one-time $5 purchase permanently unlocks one icon — its full prompt and all exports, watermark-free, including every studio variation. A one-time $20 Lifetime purchase grants unlimited watermark-free exports across the catalog, permanently. There is no subscription.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent limits or moderation.

3. Content license

All rights logocons holds in catalog artwork, prompts and export files remain with logocons. Unlocking grants you a license, not ownership of the artwork.

Icons and prompts you unlock or export may be used for personal and commercial projects, including published apps.

Non-exclusive licenses do not permit registering the artwork, or a confusingly similar mark, as a trademark. Only the holder of an exclusive claim may pursue trademark registration of a claimed icon.

You may NOT resell, redistribute, or republish prompts or icon files themselves — as-is or minimally modified — including in prompt collections, icon packs, or competing libraries.

You may NOT use logocons content or prompts to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models without our prior written permission.

Creator-submitted icons are licensed to you under these same terms; the creator retains authorship.

Exclusive claims: only pristine icons — icons that have never been unlocked by anyone — can be claimed, so no third-party license exists at the moment of your claim. Claiming grants you an exclusive, perpetual license to that icon's artwork INCLUDING every variation of it, and logocons permanently stops selling, unlocking or exporting it to anyone. A claim is what makes your own trademark filing defensible; the filing, clearance and registration remain your responsibility — a claim is not itself a trademark. Claims are final and non-refundable once granted.

4. Refunds

One-time icon purchases are digital content delivered instantly; they are generally non-refundable once the icon has been exported watermark-free — contact us within 14 days if something went wrong. The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for permanent digital access; like single-icon purchases it is generally non-refundable once used — contact us within 14 days if something went wrong.

Refund requests: tkwon999@gmail.com. Payments processed by our merchant of record are refunded through that processor.

5. Creator terms

Creator accounts may submit icons with their full generation prompts. Submissions must pass automated checks and human review before publication, and must comply with the submission guidelines (/guidelines).

You warrant that submitted artwork and prompts are your own work and do not infringe third-party rights, including trademarks and existing app icons.

50% of revenue funds a monthly creator pool, split pro-rata by engagement points on approved icons (documented on /pricing). Accrued earnings are payable from $25. We may withhold earnings obtained through fraudulent engagement.

By submitting, you grant logocons a worldwide license to host, display, distribute and sublicense your submission to users under Section 3. You may request removal; existing user licenses survive.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, automated bulk downloading, circumvention of rate limits, paywalls or moderation, or interference with the service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that exported assets will be accepted by any app store; compliance checks are a best effort based on published store guidelines.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing law: Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
